Full-week registration includes attendance at conference sessions, attendance at the welcoming reception, refreshments during breaks between sessions, information materials, and the conference proceedings on CD. Two-day registration includes attendance at conference sessions on Monday–Tuesday or Thursday–Friday, attendance at the welcoming reception (if you choose Monday-Tuesday), refreshments during breaks between sessions, information materials, and the conference proceedings on CD. Single-day registration includes attendance at conference sessions for that day, information materials, and refreshments during breaks between sessions; it does NOT include the proceedings. (Only one single-day registration is allowed per person; otherwise you must register at either the two-day or full-week rate, as appropriate.)

GWS Member rate. George Wright Society members may register at the lower GWS member rate. Anyone who joins the GWS prior to or at the time of registering may take this discount. Annual dues are $45 for Individuals, $100 for Institutions, and $25 for full-time Students. Institutional members of the GWS may designate one person to attend at the member rate. To join, check the box on the registration form and include your dues payment along with your registration.

Program Participant rate. Anyone who is officially listed on the Conference Program as a presenter or co-author (including presenters of posters, demo, and exhibits), session organizer, session chair, panel member, moderator, discussant, etc., may register at this rate.

Student rate. Currently registered, full-time students can attend at the Student rate, which applies both to GWS members and non-members. One must be a full-time student to qualify. A copy of your current course schedule must be submitted to the GWS office. Once you have submitted your registration form on-line, fax the course schedule to 1-906-487-9405.

Spouses and other family members may attend the field trips and special events by paying the requisite fee. Please give details in the "special instructions" box on the registration form.

Register early and save! If you send your registration on or before February 4, 2005, you will save money and have a better chance of getting the field trip you want.

Cancellations may be made in writing or by phone; applicable fees are listed above. Cancellations of field trips or special events are not refundable after February 4, 2005.

Conference proceedings. All full-week and two-day registrants will receive the proceedings on CD as part of their registration fee; in addition, they may also choose to order the proceedings as a paperback book for an additional $20. All other registrants may, if they wish, order the proceedings on CD or as a book.
