Shipping to addresses elsewhere ... Recent sharp increases in postage costs mean that we need to adopt a two-tiered system based on the weight of the item being ordered. If you are ordering one or two copies of the The George Wright Forum, or one or two copies of a CD of the conference proceedings, the shipping charge will be $8. If you are ordering one copy of a conference proceedings as a paperback book, the shipping charge will be $14.
